The Race is on to find a new nanny. I went from having 2 weeks and a potential candidate to a dead phone at the end of my calls, no new candidate and 2 days left. If anyone has ever felt a panic it is me at this very moment!

Hiring a nanny is scary even if you don't have a RAD at home. I am debating on what to do. Have them as the "babysitter" type or allow them to act in similar "therapeutic parenting" roles. I have to keep a good balance and have to make sure I #1 find a good match and #2 make sure the transition from one nanny to another is smooth.
*If there is anyone in blog land with some serious mojo, praying skills or advice I need some goodness sent my way! The first time we searched for a nanny was...well...we will just say awful! This was all pre-RAD diagnosis and pre-adoption. Not sure if I should interview by handing the new potential nannies a boxing suit, safety gear or seeing who can compete through an athletic/survivor gauntlet! LOL Oddly enough that give me a great idea for a game show.
